Service Cycle

Four simple steps, one amazing experience

We understand that navigating the NDIS process can be tricky. We’ve broken it down into four simple steps to make things a little easier.

  • 1. Meet

Once you have inquired or been referred to Anderson, we’ll meet for a relaxed conversation.

We’ll get to know one another, and you can tell us about the important people in your life who support you.

We’ll tell you about our amazing team and the range of evidence-based therapies we offer.

This also gives you a chance to ask us any questions about Anderson or our services.

  • 2. Assessment

To you get the right therapies and supports, your therapy team collaborates with you and your support team to discover what you can do independently, and what you need support with. This is done through insightful questions and some activities or exercises.

Based on this information, your therapy team will determine your needs and therapy goals, and a Service Agreement will be devised.

If you have access to funding, the specifics of that will discussed and planned for regarding the services you will be receiving from us.

  • 3. Therapy

When all parties agree with the Service Agreement, the fun begins! You start working with your therapy team, and incredible things are achieved.

We provide therapy in the locations that are best suited to your needs, goals, and preferences. This includes our clinics, your home, school, workplace, and community settings.

If you require aids or equipment, we work with you and your support network to trial, prescribe, educate, and modify to suit your needs. We also collaborate with your support network to ensure that your therapy goals are effectively integrated into your daily routine.

  • 4. Review

Your therapy team reviews your initial goals and the amazing progress you have made. Based on this, we set new goals, make any necessary changes, and plan for your future.

Some individuals may not need ongoing support, and some may prefer to continue kicking goals with Anderson.
